Welcome Words from the Founder

TheFinsacConspiracyMy name is Yola Gray-Baker, Past President of the Association of FINSACed Entrepreneurs
Today, I speak not only for myself but on behalf of more than 44,000 Jamaicans — persons, families, and businesses who lost homes, livelihoods, loved ones, and even their faith, as a result of the FINSAC debacle. What was once presented as an economic rescue plan became, in truth, one of the greatest betrayals of our people. Many of the very properties taken under FINSAC are now in the hands of politicians, their families, and their associates. This is not coincidence — it is corruption.

To the FINSAC victims, I say: Take heart. God’s timing is never wrong. Justice may be delayed, but it is never denied.

And to the politicians — whether in the PNP or JLP — I must ask: Where is the FINSAC Report? Why the silence? Why the cover-up? Every act of concealment makes you just as guilty as those who engineered this scheme.

As John MacArthur preached from Romans 1, there are different kinds of God’s wrath:

  • Eternal wrath — eternal judgment in hell.
  • Cataclysmic wrath — disasters like hurricanes or earthquakes.
  • Consequential wrath — the natural judgment of reaping what one sows.
  • And most tragic of all, the wrath of abandonment — when God turns His back on a nation and leaves it to its sin.

This is what Jamaica faces today: the judgment of abandonment, where corruption, injustice, and lies are allowed to flourish. And so, I ask again: Where is the truth? Where is accountability?

This website, TheFinsacConspiracy.com, exists to bring the truth into the light. Here you will find:

  • Testimonies from entrepreneurs who were silenced by depression, shame, and loss.
  • Documents, reports, and news clippings that reveal the illegalities and cover-ups.
  • Evidence of how laws were twisted to justify theft.

The purpose of this platform is twofold:

a) To speak for those who can no longer speak for themselves — those who died in despair, those who continue to suffer emotionally, spiritually, and mentally from the scars of FINSAC.
b) To bring truth to power — especially now, in this election season, when Jamaicans must decide whom to trust with their future.

My brothers and sisters, remember this: the fruits of your labor should provide you with dignity in your later years. But today, the only people guaranteed that comfort are the very politicians of both parties who robbed you of it.

Yola Gray-BakerBefore you cast your vote, ask yourself:

  • Do I want to empower leaders who devise schemes to strip me of my hard-earned assets?
  • Do I want to trust politicians who celebrate while families suffer in poverty and despair?
  • Or do I want a Jamaica built on justice, truth, and dignity for all?

The Apostle James reminds us that “judgment is without mercy to one who has shown no mercy” (James 2:13). And Matthew 6:14–15 warns us that if we do not forgive others, neither will God forgive us.  So we pray:
“Lord, help us to show Your mercy to those who wronged us — but also give us the courage to confront injustice, and the wisdom to never again be deceived.”

This is our moment. This is our call.
The truth about FINSAC must be told. And justice must be pursued.

What Is the FINSAC Conspiracy

The FINSAC Conspiracy delves into the dramatic financial crisis that gripped Jamaica in the late 1990s, when the Financial Sector Adjustment Company (FINSAC) intervened in numerous distressed financial institutions. This period led to widespread business failures, significant job losses, and a profound reshaping of the nation’s economic landscape, the full implications of which are still debated today.
